We process approximately one million business rail travel bookings every year via Go2Book which supplies real-time inventory through live data feeds from the Rail Delivery Group (previously ATOC) National Fares Database – distributed via an API with Evolvi, and International Rail API.
Pulling real time content directly from the National Fares Database ensures all lowest fare options for any given route are delivered at point-of-sale for any of the following ticket types: Singles; Returns; Advanced Fares; Flexible Fares; Split Ticketing.

If your request is relating to a Rail Delay Repay, you will need to contact the rail provider directly requesting “vouchers” at time of application. Upon receipt of your vouchers please forward to our Rail Refunds Department and we will process the credit to your company’s account. If your tickets have been printed and unused, please send them to the address below. We recommend you return tickets special delivery to ensure tracking and reduce delays. The tickets must be with the Refunds Team within 3 weeks of your original booked Travel Date.
