Arcadia Group Ltd. is a British multinational retail company headquartered in London, United Kingdom.
It owns the high street clothing retailers Burton, Dorothy Perkins, Evans, Miss Selfridge, Topman, Topshop, Wallis and the out of town chain Outfit, which sells lines from the other group chains, with more than 2,500 outlets in the UK. Clarity worked in partnership with Arcadia to design, launch and manage the first ever Arcadia Travel Fair. The event included an exhibition with 17 Preferred Suppliers in attendance, together with a series of seminars and masterclasses held throughout the day.

The event was a success for both bookers and suppliers. Our feedback survey found that all who attended would be happy to attend in subsequent years
Clarity have serviced the travel requirements for Arcadia for over 20 years, using both an online booking system and personal service through the Mobberley service centre, covering UK and International flights, rail, car rental and hotels.
Clarity were responsible for securing the participation of the preferred suppliers; gaining their support with quiz prizes for the event and working with them to design the quiz format.
A rolling Seminar programme was created and aimed at both Travel Bookers and Travellers.
Topics included: Masterclasses on booking Online; PA briefings on booking with best practice and booking Conferences and Events. The key objectives were to increase the online booking adoption levels and to improve advance booking behaviour.
