To try and mitigate any possible safety issues (before and during travel), our Travel Alerts team works 24/7 to monitor and advise travellers of potential travel disruptions, unsafe travel destinations, airport restrictions, and any other information that may affect their journey via a number of channels.
Travel risk assessment.
To remove as much risk as possible, we can support communication of Duty of Care even further before travel takes place. In response to the current pandemic, we have partnered with ILS (International Location Safety) to provide integrated risk and travel provision. These initiatives include Covid-19 Risk Assessments, online and on-site Travel Security Training, expert risk monitoring and more.
Go2Mobile is a business traveller focused app designed to reduce the time and hassle involved in travelling, whilst also improving traveller wellbeing and safety.
Download and login to our free travel app and your full itinerary is there in the palm of your hand. It provides travel risk advice and gives you the ability to report your location should something happen to affect your travel.
It stores all your itineraries in one place, including travel documents, and has the ability to check in and scan your boarding passes. We also have direct links from our mobile app – Go2Mobile to our Covid19 resource centre, meaning your travellers are armed with as much information to keep them safe as possible

Our traveller tracking tool, Go2Track gives travel managers visibility of all current and future travel. Travellers are displayed on an intuitive map display with real-time data feeds from various sources, providing information on extreme weather, civil unrest, and major incidents.
Go2Track allows you to effectively monitor and assess global risks to your travellers and provides 2-way communications through SMS, email or push notifications to the mobile app.
