At Clarity, our Go2Book is without a doubt our most important tool. Designed from the ground up with the traveller in mind, our simple and intuitive ‘one-stop shop’ features all your booking requirements in one place.

The Go2Book interface provided additional functionalities, including a stored list of authorities, the ability to choose the authoriser from a drop-down menu, an automated authorisation request handoff, as well as the reasons for booking travel.

Amey - Re-Signalling Project

During the summer of 2018, Amey were involved in a major project in the East Midlands. The Derby resignalling project was a £200m project to improve journeys to and through the Derby railway station. Amey needed to satisfy the needs of 17 workers for 96 nights over a period of three months between July 2018 to October 2018. This equated to 1700 room nights within a short space of time.

Our success is customer satisfaction: 
  • The project was completed on time and achieved savings on accommodation costs of £96K.
  • The average rate for room and breakfast, including VAT, was just £65 per night.
  • We ensured traveller wellbeing with restaurant hours and menu flexibility, as well as early/late check-ins/outs, lounge bars and complimentary use of a pool and gym.

Cadent Gas

Emergency Mobilisation

Cadent Gas are the UK’s largest gas distribution network, transporting gas to 11 million UK businesses and homes through a network of more than 80000 miles of pipes.

Following a major gas line incident in Central London, our Emergency Mobilisation Team were mobilised in order to source accommodation and transport for over 100 families, 500+ people, including accessibility requirements, and of course, pets.

We facilitated:
  • 400+ bedrooms
  • 250+ serviced apartments
  • 10 coaches
  • Wheelchair accessible transport

UK Power Networks

Power Failures

January 2018 – Storm David hit the UK and disrupted the UK Power Networks across the South East Coast. September 2020 – Storm Arwen left numerous properties without power in the East of England.  Clarity were there to help…
