We're pleased to announce we have been awarded a placement on the latest RM6342 Crown Commercial Services (CCS) Framework Contract.

Following a rigorous tender process involving face-to-face engagement sessions, we were awarded the contract in October 2024 for Lot 2 - UK-Booked National and International Business Travel.

We have a long-standing history servicing public sector customers holding placements on multiple frameworks, including CCS’ RM6164 and RM6217 under Lot 1 Travel Services, Lot 4 Venue-find and Events, and KCS.

Public sector bodies opt for a direct award of travel and event services through a framework for numerous reasons. Because framework suppliers must comply with due diligence and meet specific requirements, like social value provision, public sector organisations have the assurance that choosing a framework supplier equates to simplified, straightforward procurement with one main contact.

“This award cements the longevity of our relationship and support to CCS customers as a single-source supplier for travel management services in the public sector,” explained Donna Fitzgerald, Clarity’s Executive Director – Travel.

“This award will allow our customers a continuation of our award-winning service, market-leading technology and competitive rates which their framework customers are used to benefitting from. Being listed on the framework also gives customers the confidence that they are working with an approved supplier that meets the CCS requirements while saving time and costs on the entire procurement process.”

This framework is accessible for eligible public sector customers from October 2024. For more information on our public sector travel and meetings services, check out our sector page here, or contact our team to how we can help.
