We’re set to unveil our new business travel platform, ClarityGo, at the Business Travel Show Europe for the first time.
Built in-house, using the latest cloud-based technology, ClarityGo is extremely agile. From a content perspective alone, the business travel platform has access to more than 1,000,000 hotels, providing clients with extensive choice, and confidence that they are getting the best price and value on the day.
Clients can self-serve while enjoying a user-friendly interface and lightning-fast results. By putting clients in control, they can administer their own programmes and personalise the content. Clients can even track and offset CO2 emissions.
“What makes ClarityGo stand out in the marketplace is how it has been built from the ground up using our people’s expertise and client feedback. Unlike some booking tools that think about the client afterwards, we’ve taken our clients on the journey with us, ensuring it’s intuitive throughout the booking process, from seamless navigation to ease of use. Clients have already been blown away by its sheer speed and functionality. By being in control of our own destiny we created a system that’s fit for the future, and we can react quickly without relying on third parties.”
Sue Chapman, Executive Director - Product and Commercial
The team put accessibility at the centre of their product methodology, making Clarity stand-out as one of the few TMCs that has been externally assessed for accessible technology.
As clients can share feedback in real-time, the tool is continually enhanced to ensure greater usability and enhanced overall experience.
Pat McDonagh, CEO commented:
“We’ve created an online booking platform on one hand and an agency-operating platform on the other, built with speed, content, scalability and capability. The fact that we’ve joined the internal and external needs seamlessly together, means it’s truly one platform for all with zero friction whether a booking starts online by a direct user or offline by a member of our team. “ClarityGo really sets us apart in the industry. What makes us unique is that we now offer the full TMC package: experienced people and the latest technology.”
Roll-out of ClarityGo has already commenced, with the majority of Clarity’s clients expecting to migrate within the next six months.
Demonstrations of the platform will be shown at the highly-anticipated industry-wide launch on the Clarity stand (J41) between the 19 – 20 June at the Business Travel Show Europe, ExCel London.
“This is just the start. We’ve got some really exciting plans for our future technology, especially integrating ClarityGo with our other market-leading proprietary technology, MeetingsPro. So, watch this space,”
Carl Law, Clarity’s Executive Director – Technology.
