John Lewis is a leading retailer in the UK with 48 John Lewis shops, which includes 34 department stores, and a growing online business.

We provided them with face-to-face classroom-style training at their key locations and webinar training for partners who were unable to attend on-site. We believe that this was instrumental to their online adoption success, along with the great functionality of Go2Book.

Travel fair

Clarity worked in partnership with Arcadia to design, launch and manage the first ever Arcadia Travel Fair. The event included an exhibition with 17 Preferred Suppliers in attendance, together with a series of seminars and master classes held throughout the day.

The results: 

• Over 500 Arcadia staff attended.
• Full seminar programme throughout the day, with online masterclasses and traveller booking briefings.
• Each supplier had its own tabletop stand and promoted its own products directly to travellers and bookers in attendance.
• The event was a success for both bookers and suppliers. Our feedback survey found that all who attended would be happy to attend in subsequent years.

Clarity Business Travel were invited in to discuss moving PHS’s £2.2 Million Travel Expenditure from a DIY Travel process into a fully-fledged Travel Managing solution. All within the tight deadline of 3 weeks to go live.
