Speaking about the episode, Clarity CEO Pat McDonagh said:

“We’ve always put a great emphasis on our people, and our technology, as the two main drivers for our success. When we were looking for a topic to close out season five of the podcast, technology was the obvious choice. Will, Darren, and Ruth, are so ingrained in our products, and strive to consistently make them better.

Whether it’s small quality of life improvements, or something more substantial like new features that change the way our clients interactive with us, they are constantly innovating.”
