Travel management company, Clarity, has announced significant expansion of its service offering with the launch of a specialist proposition for the entertainment and media industry.

Clarity Entertainment & Media launches officially on 27th February 2025 and will handle global travel management for customers in TV, media, production, music, artist touring, fashion and the arts.

A team of highly experienced travel specialists has been appointed to provide the high-touch travel management services and complex logistics required by customers in this niche sector. These appointments include James Langton, Director of Sales and Account Management and Lucy Goldston, Director of Operations, who will spearhead the strategic growth of Clarity Entertainment & Media. Collectively they bring 25+ years’ expertise and knowledge of arranging travel for the world’s TV, film, media, performing arts, music, fashion and creative industries.

James Langton joins from Corporate Traveller where he spent 11 years in operations and account management roles in the TMC’s, Corporate and Stage, Screen &Sports travel division. His career achievements include creating and delivering an account management programme tailored to the entertainment industry, as well as pioneering innovative budget and sustainability solutions.

Lucy Goldston’s expertise in the travel industry spans over a decade, starting in youth-travel before moving to Corporate Traveller’s Stage, Screen and Sports division. Lucy has extensive experience in operational and team manager roles, organising complex logistics for wide-ranging projects, such as film productions in Africa, and transporting couture outfits for Paris Fashion Week.

Backed by the strength and reputation of the Clarity brand, technology, buying power and people-focussed culture, the new entertainment and media proposition has an impressive roadmap for business development and building customer relationships. Clarity Entertainment & Media has recently been confirmed as the official travel partner to Wildscreen, the internationally renowned conservation charity that connects people with nature through storytelling. They are the creators of Wildscreen Festival – the world’s biggest global gathering of the wildlife film and TV industry, attracting over 2,000 delegates from over 60 countries. The partnership will support Wildscreen’s growing international events portfolio, including Wildscreen Festival Botswana this June 2025.
