Matalan is a leading fashion and home retailer, with an impressive 230 UK stores and 30 International franchise stores within Europe and the Middle East, supported by a rapidly growing online channel.

Historically, they have always had their own internal travel team, but the lack of an effective TMC led to a lack of consistency on what was booked, and where it was booked, while there were also invoicing discrepancies and concern over the lack of a duty of care.
