We're proud to announce that our proprietary corporate travel booking technology, ClarityGo, has been accredited with WCAG2.2 level AA accessibility standards by the Digital Accessibility Centre.

This milestone underscores our commitment to providing intuitive and accessible technology for business travellers.

ClarityGo, which was featured in The Business Travel Magazine’s 2024 Tech Hot List in August, demonstrates our innovative approach to enhancing the travel experience.

The Digital Accessibility Centre: “ClarityGo underwent both a technical compliance audit and robust end to end testing by users with a wide range of disabilities including blindness, low vision, dyslexia, colour blindness, mobility impairments, learning difficulties, deafness, Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), and anxiety and panic disorder.

All testing is carried out in line with relevant platform specific guidelines, and where applicable, conforms with The Public Sector Bodies (Websites and Mobile Applications) (No.2) Accessibility Regulations 2018. Testing also conforms to Section 508 of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).”

Sue Chapman, Executive Director for Product and Commercial, commented: “For years, travel management companies (TMCs) have relied on third-party online booking tools (OBTs) to manage travel arrangements for their customers. We identified an opportunity to take direct control of our development roadmap, creating a bespoke solution tailored to our customers’ specific needs and challenges - something that traditional technology approaches couldn’t achieve.

To realise this vision, we partnered with DataArt, a trusted and experienced technology partner, to build ClarityGo from the ground up. This collaboration, combined with our in-house development teams, has enabled us to remain agile at every turn. Ensuring our technology is accessible to every user has been a primary focus of our roadmap.

This accreditation solidifies our vision and dedication to providing accessible technology.”

Since the launch of ClarityGo earlier this year, Clarity has seen significant improvements in online adoption rates from an average of 70% to 96%. To hear more about ClarityGo, or book a demo and see it for your self, get in touch with the team.
